Yotam has nearly a decade in real estate. Originally from Los Angeles, he grew up in Queens, New York, and began as a silent investor alongside a friend who bought distressed properties.
That led him to a license and to work with developers, buyers and sellers on new construction single-family and multi-family homes. Today he focuses on luxury condominiums, waterfront homes, new development and off-market opportunities in Miami’s high-end market.
His published listings include a Miami Beach single-family home on Prairie Avenue and a condominium in Aventura, and he has represented a condominium sale at Ocean House in Surfside.
